Communication

I am in constant communication with our clients, and with R.J. Wilson, to ensure a comfortable working relationship and superior quality workmanship that is perfect for our customers. I firmly believe that there is no such thing as a stupid or irrelevant question because asking questions is the only way to be certain of goals, tasks, expectations, and prohibitions in the workplace and it helps to eliminates and uncertainties and errors, as well as adding efficiency and successful completion of daily work goals.

Also, the only way to know exactly how to help a customer obtain the proper merchandise, apparel, or food items that they are searching for is to be able to ask the right questions and communicate effectively with them. Helping customers find their wants and needs helps to build a lasting relationship that leads to happy, thankful, loyal, repeat customers, which I believe should be the number one goal in the customer service industry.

Leadership

I am very flexible in that I consider myself a natural born leader, yet am also very capable of studiously complying with directions from superiors and co-workers. It is vital to me as an employee to be able to occupy both roles, often times at the same time, to ensure that I am constantly learning and also able to pass on valuable information and skills to others, as well as make sure that there are no room for errors in the work day. I am a meticulous multi-tasker and very attentive to managing my time and workflow efficiently and proficiently.
