Be able to keep a good, quick, steady pace throughout the 5-6 hours of work a night, through the multiple trailers.
Be able to take out irregs (packages over 75lbs) while still managing a good pace through the whole trailer.
Train in new employees on how to properly, and safely unload trailers.
Do new hires legal paperwork, while putting down concerns and strengths for each employee, trying to help them along the way just understand the process more and more each day.
Continuously and regularly meet up with old trainees if still working, just to chat and see how they are doing and if there is anything I can do for them to help them get more comfortable.
Go to management meeting before the shift start , go to different buildings, and just be all around open and able to do whatever they are looking for me to do.

Find shoes that would best fit, and best fit the activity our customers were planning on using them for.
Find shoes quickly in the back, help multiple customers at once, and help check out customers all quickly but friendly too.
Continuously stock shelves and clothes that were gone/running low to be able to show our full inventory.
Clean up shop at the end of the day, sweeping the store, mopping the floors, and cleaning off display tables of dust or trash from the day.
Occasionally manage regular customers and customers who wanted a new shoe dropping, making sure the store was running quickly and making sure everyone was satisfied.
