The role of the KCS intern is to manage technical troubleshooting content created by New Relic’s support engineers and assist in special projects related to the knowledge program in Global Technical Support. Successful candidates must have familiarity with communicating technical concepts and managing content. Familiarity with Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) is a plus, but not required. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience in supporting an enterprise organization’s troubleshooting documentation needs, working with subject matter experts, managing a publication workflow, reviewing content for quality, reading and analyzing program metrics, and being involved in the presentation of training and workshops.
