Assist in providing efficient and timely transactional and administrative services to various departments within the organization. Support the team in handling routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the administrative functions. Participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation and reports related to talent acquisition metrics and processes. Engage in a weekly orientation presentation for new employees to enhance their understanding of the company culture, policies, and administrative procedures. Support the welcoming of new employees by facilitating initial setup of devices and procedures upon arrival at the building.
