Ensure the required service intervals are maintained and responsible for coordinating fueling, lunch breaks, and any lot changes to cover operational demands. The following is a list of major duties to be performed:
Responsible for enforcing driver schedules, lunch breaks, assigning shuttles
Responsible for reporting number of shuttles ran, driver times, attendance, fuel and accidents/incidents.
Provides additional coverage for call ins, vacations, breaks, and lunches
Required to report any procedure or safety violation committed by drivers on their shift
Ensure service intervals between shuttle routes
Responsible for radio protocol and procedures
Responsible for communicating with the customer on day-to-day activities
