Shipping Clerk w/ Customer Service & Computer exp Part Time

Looking for RELIABLE FULL-TIME Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Work Schedule: NOON-8pm M-F
Starting Pay: $18/hr

What will I be doing?

Fulfilling incoming ecommerce orders
Experience using shipping software and a PC
Strong attention to detail and customer service experience
Able to package orders and prepare for shipment
Keep files of goods shipped by preparing regular shipping reports for managers
Trouble shoots shipping, customer requests & issues that arise and work to solve them
Required skills:

Basic understanding of excel, processes & data entry
Worked with any type of shipping software in the past
Detail oriented with the ability to communicate with customers with status updates and problem solve
Willing to work with a team or independently
Motivated and positive attitude
Basic mathematical skills (ability to add, subtract, and multiply)
Preferred Skills:

At least 1 year of Shipping Clerk Experience using shipping software
A seasoned operator of excel
At least 6 months working as a shipping clerk
Reliability
