Include, but are not limited to:Initiate and drive work streams of projects that directly impact the organizations overall health via improved Yield. This includes being able to create and maintain a robust project plan, set challenging goals and deadlines per executive asks, calculating impact to Yield, Bad Debt, and overall project ROI, and solution analysis. A Business Analyst will also participate and potentially lead project updates with executives and stakeholders, some of which may be high visibility to VPs and above. Proactively monitor teams book of business outcomes and findings through data analytics and/or trend analysis and root cause analysis. Take these findings and develop/pitch/initiate process improvements in the areas with the most significant impacts to the organization. Meet with project teams on an ongoing basis, facilitate project team next steps through data driven findings on a facilitator and/or (data) analytical support level.
