Bighorn Firearms is a premium firearms retailer in Denver known for quality products, attention to detail, and strong customer service. We’re looking to add a Shipping & Receiving Associate to our team — a role that is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and critical to our daily operations.
This is not a desk job. It’s a hands-on position that requires focus, accountability, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming firearms and inventory
- Packing and shipping firearms and accessories in strict compliance with federal and state regulations
- Managing inventory accuracy, pricing, and product flow
- Maintaining clean, organized, and compliant work areas
- Working on your feet for most of the day in a high-volume environment
- Following established procedures, policies, and documentation requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance-driven processes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet a strict attendance policy
- Positive attitude, professional behavior, and good personal hygiene
- Comfortable receiving regular performance feedback and reviews
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a high-stress environment
- Industry or firearms knowledge is helpful but not required — we’re willing to train the right person
Requirements
- Ability to start immediately
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Able to work up to 30 hours per week
- Comfortable lifting, standing, and moving throughout the day
