  • Utilize our company’s mobile app to log important service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and photos of any non-compliance.

  • This hands-on position is physically active, involving walking throughout the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors through various weather conditions.

What You’ll Get:

  • Pay: Competitive rates of $19 – $21 per hour

  • Evening shifts, typically Sunday-Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM

  • Part-Time: Approx. 10-15+ hours per week

  • Close-to-Home Assignments: We prioritize assigning you to a property near your residence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)

  • Smartphone with a data plan for app usage

  • Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
