As a Part-Time Prepared Foods Production Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers. You’ll engage in a variety of tasks related to food preparation, counter service, sanitation, and product stocking, all while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with the production of all Prepared Foods items while maintaining a high standard of quality and freshness.
• Ensure that all prepared foods are accurately labeled, dated, organized, and properly handled throughout their shelf life.
• Document any waste or spoilage appropriately to uphold our commitment to sustainability.
• Follow recipes meticulously and ensure correct measuring practices during food preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers understand the unique qualities of Whole Foods Market products compared to conventional options.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all storage areas including walk-ins and freezers.
• Arrive on time, well-groomed, and ready to work for all scheduled shifts and meetings.
• Maximize sales potential through effective merchandising and product presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Perform specific opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensuring accuracy in signage and pricing.
• Promptly report any safety hazards or violations to maintain a safe working environment.
