In this key role, you will provide a high level of patient support and analytical services over the telephone for assigned practices or service areas. You will serve as the initial point of contact guiding callers to the appropriate clinic/service. You will also use our Electronic Medical Records system to communicate patient care and schedule appointments effectively and efficiently.
