We are seeking a part-time Office Manager to assist a venture-backed fintech focused on simplifying banking for small businesses. The headquarters in NYC is more than four walls; it’s where our culture thrives, ideas come to life, and our team’s creativity takes shape. As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining a workspace that energizes and supports our people to do their best work. You’ll help design an environment that reflects our values, fosters collaboration, and provides an inspiring backdrop for our growing team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Location: Financial District
Schedule: 2 days a week (set schedule)
Responsibilities:
Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
Hourly rate ranges from 20 – 26/hr depending on experience level and includes full benefits (health, dental, vision) and 401k plan.

Required Skills & Experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
