Own the floor – cross-train across deli, cafe, bakery, and cashier duties, ensuring fresh food is stocked, high-quality, and prepared safely. Lead by example – train and support team members, keep tasks on track, and ensure shift objectives are completed efficiently. Keep the store running smoothly – maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment inside and out while following all cash handling, lottery, loss prevention, and fuel policies.
