Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
Software and Application Management:
Oversee the selection, deployment, and maintenance of software and applications used across the organization, ensuring they are up-to-date and fully functional.
Collaborate with software vendors to address issues and enhancements.
IT Support and Help Desk:
Lead the IT support team in providing timely and effective technical support to franchise locations and corporate staff.
Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to meet response and resolution times.
IT Projects and Upgrades:
Plan, manage, and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, technology rollouts, and infrastructure improvements.
Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
Vendor and Contract Management:
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
Negotiate contracts, oversee vendor performance, and optimize vendor relationships for cost-effectiveness.
Data Management and Security:
Implement data management best practices to maintain data integrity and security.
Develop and enforce data backup, disaster recovery, and data retention policies.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or proven real-world experience.
Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the franchise or wellness industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in network and systems administration, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
Project management experience with a successful track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
Vendor management and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
