Job Summary:Our internship program is designed to introduce candidates to a career in the field of Human Resources. Primary responsibility is to assist the Global Mobility and Talent Acquisition teams in completion and compliance of the Form I-9.As an Intern, you will gain knowledge and understanding of the business through hands on activities, coaching, and projects.Essential Functions:Train and learn about Form I-9 completion requirements, E-Verify, and U.S. work authorized visasAssist with internal tracking of Form I-9 completion and work authorization expirationsBuild tracking tool(s) for internal audit reference and communication on form I-9 completion for active employees, re-verification, and terminated employeesEnsure paper medium Form I-9s are legible and organized for quick scanningScan paper medium Form I-9s into a digital formatIndex, catalog, audit, and accurately store scanned Form I-9sEnsure that all Form I-9s (electronic and scanned) are indexed, catalogued, audited, and storedAssist with new hire Form I-9 completion, as neededAssist with writing job aids for Form I-9 completion for onboarding and Form I-9 section 2 completers aligned with electronic Form I-9 in the HRIS systemAttend regular meetings to effectively improve the Form I-9 completion processAssist with other talent acquisition projects, as neededEmployees may be required to perform other job-related duties as requested by their supervisor.Qualifications:Must be enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college or universityWorking towards a Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related fieldKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.Individual who understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all timesPositive attitude and desire to learnStrong team player and collaboratorExceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailExceptional analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze, summarize and effectively present data.
