Payoneer is looking for a highly talented Human Resources Business Partner to join an extremely fast-growing global Fintech business.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high energy environment.
Location Hong Kong
Actively collaborate with global human resources team, work directly with business leaders and own all HR deliverables as well as firm-wide HR initiatives
Build strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and act as the main point of contact for all people related matters
Provide HR support and solutions across the entire employee life cycle including talent development, performance management, compensation reviews and employee relations
In partnership with business, proactively identify, plan and implement HR initiatives and people agenda in line with the business needs under the company framework
Act as mentor and advisor to people managers and business leaders, cultivate the company s values across the team and support their leadership and people management needs and challenges
Support the implementation of organizational development and change management initiatives and lead them to a successful outcome
Support implementation of the talent management framework for assessing and developing organizational talent.
Provide support for managers in executing talent development, talent management and performance management processes
Act as sounding board to the business for employee engagement, contribute to shaping the culture and facilitate new ways of working together
Partner with Learning and Development and contribute in creating initiatives to improve manager/leadership skills and knowledge, and provide ongoing coaching to people managers/leaders to support growth
Partner with Talent Acquisition team on hiring and resourcing strategy and ensure they are in line with business growth and expansion
Manage employee relations and address employee issues in compliance with the firm s standards as well as local law and regulations
Ensure the consistent application of HR policies, processes and systems within the business
Participate in HR cross-functional and global projects
Skills, Qualification and Experience
Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, influencing and analytical skills
Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
Curious and proactive with the enthusiasm to share new ideas and create solutions
Flexible, innovative, dynamic and a team player
Able to prioritize, multi-task and manage complexity with attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
Strong working knowledge of MS office (vlookup, pivot table skills)
At least 7 years of hands-on human resources experience
Familiar with Asia Pacific employment ordinance and employment laws
Experience in the Payments or Online business industry is a plus
Exposure to HR data analytics and various HR system is a plus
