Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency using handheld technology and/or fixed devices. Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes. Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Keep staging area organized and free of clutter Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups. Comply with government regulations such as age verification requirements for restricted items. Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information. Maintain knowledge of product and promotional events Maintain a positive work environment.
