Requirements

• Proven experience as a caregiver (Minimum 2+ Years Preferred)
• Current HCA (Home Care Aide) registration
• Successful completion of a Live-Scan (Criminal Background Check)
• Recent TB TEST ((Tuberculosis Test) or Chest X-RAY
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
• Respectful, compassionate, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

– MASKS TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES

– No eating or drinking in the house, CG must go outside on porch. Very strict Germ/Covid-19 precautions in place

– Caregiver will provide companionship, emotional support, and promote clients’ social engagement

– Caregiver will provide companionship, emotional support, and promote clients’ social engagement

– Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

– Support mobility and transfers, including safe lifting when necessary

– Monitor and document clients’ health status and reporting changes

– Administer medication reminders

– Maintain a clean and safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with safety protocols

– Uphold clients rights while ensuring dignity, respect, and compassionate care

– Build positive relationships with clients and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields is (preferred)
Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients
Compassionate caregiver, patient, and professional demeanor when working with individuals in need
Strong communication and active listening skills
Proven ability to manage responsibilities efficiently and effectively
Knowledge of memory care and supporting clients with cognitive impairments
Genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life
