The Support Analyst is responsible for providing support to the assigned analysts by fielding inquiries regarding product information, customer orders, and principal related questions. The Support Analyst will work in conjunction with the principal, sales, internal departments, and warehouses to solve all issues and questions. They partner with other team members to explore opportunities for process improvements while instilling the company s core values into the day-to-day operations of the department.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and scanner.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed by the Supply Chain Manager.
Some travel, including overnight travel, may be expected one to two times a year.
Required Education and Experience
Associate s Degree or three years equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Excel.
ERP systems knowledge.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor s degree in Business.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
ERP Systems Experience, preferable Oracle JDE or SAP.
