Basic Qualifications : Comfortable speaking to groups of people and initiating interactions with Guests Enthusiastic about interacting with and helping others Have a dynamic and positive personality Flexible, adaptable, and self-directed Receptive to special requests Able to work with diverse Guests Comfortable standing and walking for the entire shift Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including humidity, rain, wind, etc. Must have full availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Full availability for all holidays, special events, and all peak seasons (Spring break, Summer, Thanksgiving, and the weeks surrounding Christmas and New Years Day). Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY This role requires full availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, all holidays and all peak seasons. Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM while some can end as late as 12:45 AM.
