Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open-air Amphitheatre. Red Rocks Amphitheater is a naturally formed, one of the world’s most iconic music venues and top rated, we elevate our standards of service and hospitality to match the legendary status of Red Rocks Amphitheatre located in Morrison, Co. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Designated Driver is the individual that helps Aramark implement the safety in to making sure we promote designated drivers. We want to keep all patrons safe and give the designated drivers a complementary soda on behalf of Aramark and our client.
This employee will have the ability to work holidays, overtime, nights and/or weekends (as needed).
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.29 to $20.29, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities
* Sets up workstation with all needed beverage’s and equipment – communicates quickly when a need arises to ensure productivity continues
* Follows all the designated required paperwork and make sure patrons provides all necessary documents to sign up for designated driver booth.
* Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils – as per guidelines and policies
* Ensures clear and concise communication with warehouse, concessions supervisors
* Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
* Ensures security of company assets
* Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership

This role reports directly to Concessions Supervisor’s when working in stand and will report to HR & Concessions Management team on a regular basis.
Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older (Required)
* TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Preferred) – will be trained upon hire (as needed)
* ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
* Basic math and counting skills (Required)
* Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25lbs.
* Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
* Willingness to accept change and new procedures
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee
