Remote Career located in downtown Muncie has a part-time, data entry position open for a current university student. This opening is for the Spring, 2023 semester and is administrative and technical in nature.

The assistant will perform tasks which may include the following:

• Enter OCR data from tax return documents into a tax program
• Scanning documents
• General office duties (faxing, filing, making phone calls)
• May also assist our clients with Quick Books data entry and general ledger entries

This position will work closely with our accountants and office administrators to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Desired Skills:

• Able to follow instructions
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)

Salary Level $19-$40/hour
