Cognosante is seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert with experience supporting DISA projects to
join our team of professionals supporting our US Army client. The position will be located in Oklahoma City, OK. This position supports the effective cybersecurity posture of US Army information systems. This position is responsible for supporting the cybersecurity Assessment & Authorization (A&A) processes for information systems and evaluating / enforcing cross-domain compliance requirements.
The successful candidate must work closely with other program cybersecurity professionals to ensure end-user information systems and applications meet appropriate security measures.
Key Responsibilities Provide level-of-effort consulting support for customer implementations. Similar support
may also be required for other DISA organizational entities, as directed by the COR. Provide specialized analytical services and support to resolve program and project issues. Provide technical and functional leadership and direction for complex project tasks and act as a resource across all programs/projects. At the senior level, plan, organize, direct and lead multiple projects (design and implementation), while providing technical guidance and subject matter expertise. Provide customer management and related support for all DISA customers to include such functions as; customer engagement and management, project implementation and project management; requirements development, analysis and documentation; DISA internal and customer senior management IPR and other relevant customer support briefings and meetings as required. Apply an organization-wide set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design and implementation of existing, new and future information systems. Coordinate across all DISA organizational elements necessary to effectively implement new systems or provide efficient program management services for each supported customer. Possess the knowledge and skills noted herein. Be fully prepared to begin competent support from the first day of task order award and be equally prepared to add additional resources based on modifications to this SOW. Support an immediate requirement utilizing qualified personnel and Minimum qualifications matrix (Bachelor s Degree or five years experience in project management/program management). Be prepared to provide support in a dynamic environment which requires flexibility, experience, attention to detail and focus on solutions. Be fully prepared on the first day of task order award to provide in-depth support to all branches within 30 days through a comprehensive understanding of its organization, mission, culture and politics, together with a functional understanding of its various information systems and their interrelationships. Provide Senior level leadership to support various ongoing projects. The contractor shall manage disparate elements of the project to include Computing Infrastructure, Network, Operations and System Security. Management tasking responsibilities shall include, but not limited to process definition, delegation, process planning and control, objective setting as well as communications and reporting to Senior Leadership and Senior Executives. Work non-core shift. Performance/Availability Personnel will have access to both Unclassified and Secret Classified Information through NIPR and SIPR networks. All work is on-site; remote/telework is not an option.
Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship Active Secret DoD Clearance with SIPRNet access Bachelor s Degree or minimum 5+ years equivalent experience in project management/program management within the DoD environment
