Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
Administer medication as prescribed.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs to the healthcare team.
Follow care plans and ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications:

Must have or be willing to :

*Complete the guardian registration to obtain a HCA NUMBER/PER ID

*Complete a background check to activate HCA NUMBER/PER ID

*Complete a Tuberculosis Test

*Complete yearly caregiver training course online

Must Have :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
