The Cake Decorator is responsible for applying icing, frosting, and edible decorative elements to plain cakes to create visually appealing cakes. Alternatively the Cake Decorator must also mold and sculpt cakes to resemble three dimensional persons, places, or objects.
Age requirement: 18+
Decorates product by following specific directions or examples, and assisting with the production of cakes, sweets, and any other bakery related products.
Stocks and maintains inventory.
Adheres to recipes, measurements, work orders, instructions, formulas, and processing charts.
Ability to follow basic food preparation instructions, recipes, and guidelines.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to imitate and craft original designs per guest’s request and suggestions.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
