What You’ll Do
Project Plan:
Week 1
- Compliance Wire
- Work with Tony (QA) to reduce the amount of training necessary
- Sawbones
- Sawbones lab with the same system/anatomy that the project kicking off in Week 3 will be.
Week 2
- Manufacturing
- Walk through MFG Floor and all relevant operations.
- ME Resource: Manasa
Week 3-7
- Kick off with Marketing to determine user needs
- PD Resource Partner: Jenn Lopez
- MKT Resource: Shalini
- QA Resource:
- RA Resource:
- MFG Eng Resource:
- Checklist
- Prototype
- Work with Prototype Shop to see prototype samples of new design made
Week 8-10
- Concept Freeze
- Sawbones using prototype
