What is my earning potential? Your starting pay depends on your experience. Our monthly training, weekly overlaps, and valuable feedback are designed to support you and provide opportunities for promotions to earn $18-$24+/hr.
Is this Full-Time (FTE) or Part-Time (PTE)? We are hiring for part-time!
When do I have to be available? Consistently available for a Monday through Friday schedule, between 12:00 PM-5:30 PM.
What does growth look like for me? Level up five times in this role, become a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or join one of our support teams.

Are there physical requirements for this position? Yes, which include but are not limited to lifting at least 50 pounds, playing on the floor, running, finger dexterity, climbing, and standing for long periods. Perhaps you ll be jumping on a trampoline, dancing, or mastering the art of being an acrobatic all-star (you never know what your day will bring). You must have the ability to work in the client’s home where everyday allergens could be present.
