The University is seeking a part-time Administrative Support Assistant II to join the Pima County Cooperative Extension (PCCE). This role is ideal for a motivated and capable professional who can provide a wide range of administrative and office support. Key responsibilities include interacting with visitors and stakeholders, coordinating building and equipment maintenance, managing supply orders, and assisting with office communications. The position also provides support to the Director and Business Manager as needed. While the role operates under supervision, many tasks become routine once learned.
