The Ackerly at Timberland is now looking for a dynamic, talented Administrative Assistant to join the team!
In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to, supporting the management team, assisting with all clerical and front desk reception duties, and general reporting as needed.
This position requires superior communication skills, the ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, guests and staff.
Successful candidates will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task and be proficient in MS Office. Some college preferred.
Position is part-time: 2 days a week, and on-call for front desk shifts.
