Labra is a small pet supplies business started in 2016. We make joint support products for dogs, specifically leg braces, slings, and joint wraps. We sell exclusively online via Amazon.com, Chewy.com, and our website, www.labradog.com.
We are looking to grow our team with the hiring of a part-time warehouse employee. The ideal candidate will be capable of learning on the go and adapting quickly to changes. This is a low-supervision role so self-starter qualities are desired.
Candidate s duties:
- Managing product inventory
- Monitoring inventory levels both in our warehouse and stored at Amazon warehouse facilities.
- Shipping bulk product to Amazon warehouse facilities when inventory is running low at those facilities.
- Preparing a monthly inventory report of all inventory to assist with inventory orders from our manufacturer. Eventually, your role may expand to take over all communication and inventory planning/orders with our manufacturer.
- Receiving returned products, processing them to be resold as refurbished (light cleaning and repackaging).
- Receiving bulk shipments at our warehouse from our manufacturers.
- Preparing and shipping wholesale orders primarily for Chewy.com.
Work hours:
Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day. You can schedule the hours worked anytime between 7 am and 5 pm.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail is extremely important in this position.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to get tasks done with limited supervision.
Compensation:
$18/hr for the first 90 days. Possible increase to $20/hr after 90 days based on performance.
