PART TIME POSITION 25 HOURS A WEEK
Seeking a temporary office person to manage a 91 space mobilehome in a 55+ easy going community located in Brea, CA. Must interface with residents, collecting rents, processing applications and enforce park rules in a tactful positive manner. Must be organized, self-sufficient, with a team playing attitude.
High level written and verbal communication skills
Good people skills
Ability to use computer, email and rent collection software
Pay attention to detail – Prepare non-payment notices, legal notices
2-year experience required
Available position 3 to 4 months.
Compensation based on experience
