What you ll be doing…
We are looking for people who want to be a part of an exciting and brand new type of retail concept that will lead the way in digital self-serve experiences. Verizon Express Store is a new retail store, built for the customers who want a quick and easy solution to their need through digital self-serve tools. As a Retail Specialist, you will use your outstanding interpersonal skills and passion for technology to create the ultimate in-store experience. You will utilize knowledge of Verizon and the digital self-serve tools available to the customer to make it simple for our customers to do business with us, and ensure every interaction is a positive one.

*External candidates for this role may be eligible for a $2500 sign-on bonus, paid at 50% after 1 month of employment and 50% after 9 months of employment, subject to the terms and conditions of the bonus agreement.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $27,000 and $50,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
