Interested in how health and well-being are connected in your daily life? Researchers at Harvard University are conducting a study about how health and well-being are connected. We are looking for men and women who:
are 22 to 60 years old
do not have any chronic diseases (e.g., heart disease)
are not pregnant
are not obese (i.e., body mass index ≥30)
are not diagnosed with clinical depression or other major mental disorder
do not have restrictions on what types of physical activity they can do
exercise less than 2 times per week
are English speakers
The study will last no more than 3.5 hours, but takes place over eight to ten days. You will be asked to complete questionnaires online four times and visit a Harvard laboratory once. You will be offered $50 in cash for participation in the study. You will also be reimbursed for public transportation expenses to get to and from the laboratory (up to $6 in cash) or provided with complimentary parking near the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health on the day of their laboratory visit.
