Silver Creek Properties is a small property management company providing services ranging from basic facility management to full blown property and construction management. The company has experience in Commercial Real Estate, Property and Construction Management Services, (both commercial and residential) and Lease Administration.
The company was started in March 2008 to provide facility and property management services to a locally owned and operated commercial bank. The scope of the company was expanded to include Property Management and capital project management for other Denver Metro Real Estate entities. Today, Silver Creek has management contracts with 21 different entities managing 37 properties in the Denver, Metro area.
Currently, the company has its office in Denver, CO. The company utilizes relationships/contracts with vendors and independent contractors to provide personalized services to the property owners and their tenants.
Silver Creek is looking to add a Property Administrator to help the Property Manager with day to day responsibilities and payment of invoices and collection of rent. The position will be a part time position, 24 to 30 hours per week. There is some flexibility in scheduling of work hours.
