What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support including developing and maintaining project databases and virtual rolodex
- Organize virtual meetings and serve as a point of contact for project inquiries
- Track project activities and coordinate logistics to meet deliverables
- Draft communications such as emails and social media posts, and update the website
- Oversee vendor services and resolve issues as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in project management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Strong time-management and effective communication skills
- Ability to independently deliver organized and high-quality results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge or strong interest in law, public health, and/or health equity
- Experience with website management
- Factual and direct style of communication
