Part-time Sitter for one five month old baby in home. Consistent schedule. Part Time

I’m a 34 year old RN looking for a consistent sitter for my five-month old daughter Ryan. My boyfriend is 32 years old and is a factory worker. We both work night shift. I am tentatively planning to return to work full time in early January. We have a small terrier mix named June who is friendly and does not shed. I would need the sitter to come watch Ryan during the day in my home while I sleep. She is just learning to roll and not mobile quite yet – but very close! Experience with infants is preferred. Start time is flexible and will be approximately 20 hours per week. I usually will be off work between 7am-8am, I work 12 hour shifts opposite of my boyfriend, James. Ryan is very attached to me and is breastfed. Typical day would start between 8am-10am and the plan would be for me to sleep six hours. 3 days per week which will be consistent on a block schedule. Light housekeeping through out the day. Full disclosure – she is very attached and will be very fussy at first.
