We are looking for a hard working, organized and experienced Part Time Recruiter who can help us hire a large volume of quality *hourly *Delivery Associates.

*$25 Per hour – 4 hours per day, 5 days per week – Bonus Paid for over achievement*
* Source multiple *hourly *wage candidates for Delivery Driver Position (Amazon Partner) to meet recruiting needs for Aurora based business
* Screen all candidates before moving them into interview process
* Organize online and phone interviews with selected candidates
* Maintain calendar of candidate interviews for management
* Initiate Drug Screen, Driving History & Background checks for all candidates
* Track all recruiting activity to ensure accurate recruiting data
* Provide recruiting and administrative support
* Capable of working remotely
* Bonus paid for exceeding hiring goals
