Location: Openings throughout the city of Portland.
This job posting is for Custodians who work part-time (29 hours a week) in the evening, Monday to Friday. Your regular shift would start at a set time between the hours of 3:45pm to 5:00pm, depending on your school assignment. This is a year-round position with work through the summer, winter and spring breaks (260 work days per year). With the change of pace during the summer, winter, and spring breaks you’ll coordinate with your supervisor to work a temporary day schedule.

Conditions of Employment: At the time of employment, new hires must successfully pass a criminal background check, provide proof of employment eligibility, and pass a physical exam in which they can safely perform job related responsibilities.
Position Details
Your mission as part of the Custodial Team is to enhance the learning environment of our students by providing facilities that are clean and well managed, resulting in every school receiving a high level of customer service and support. As a stand out Custodian you are professional, a natural problem solver, and a teamplayer. You may have previous custodial experience or are new to being a Custodian but have the teamplayer mindset and eagerness to learn in order to support the PPS Graduate Portrait .
