Prefer experience dealing with emotionally stressed individuals in a positive manner, attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle a multiple line phone system while providing excellent care to clients on the phone and in person simultaneously. Ability to interpret Veterinary Hospital guidelines and client needs to determine emergency situations. Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education: Prefer previous experience in client services/reception, particularly in a medical setting.
