We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service Team and support customers by processing orders, providing product information, and resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently are essential to maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Work Hours and Availability:
This is a part-time, hybrid remote position based in San Francisco. Training will take place in-office for the first 48 weeks to ensure a smooth onboarding process and hands-on learning experience. After training is completed, the position will transition to a hybrid-remote schedule.
Schedule:
Candidates must be available to work occasional weekends, and flexibility with scheduling is required based on business needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay scale for this position is $22.50 $31.25 per hour. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying employees, including paid time off, medical, vision, and dental insurance. In addition, employees receive fresh seafood products and company merchandise at cost plus 10%.
