Niemco Fabricators, Inc., a full-service metalworking business is seeking Part-time Office Assistant for various office duties and to assist Office Manager.
30 plus hours – Flexible working schedule – between 8 to 4:30 M-F
$15.00 per hour + depending on experience
Insurance for Part-time workers that work over 30 plus a week
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior office experience preferred
Computer knowledge in Sage software/Excel and Word a plus
Accuracy in keyboarding a must
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Time Card and Invoice Data entry
Filing, general clerical duties
Answering the phones
Part-time, Flexible hours Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
30 hours + weekly
