-All maintenance performs set up/assist/operation, maintenance (preventative, and predictive), and repair work on various equipment associated with encapsulation processing and packaging.
-Apprentice Level focus: Equipment set up/assist/operations
-Additional duties for Tech I: Troubleshoot and maintain Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Mechanical Linkage systems.
-Additional duties for Tech II: Troubleshoot and maintain Electrical systems. Train technician I and apprentice level coworkers.
-Prioritize the production line staying up and running. Promptly communicate to production supervisors, maintenance manager, and co-workers on work status, the need for assistance, parts needed, follow-through and pass down information for another technician to take over.
-Maintain inventory and work completion records and logs
-Works well independently whilst assisting internal team, good communicator
-Comply with all Departmental policies and procedures.
DOE $30 40/hr
+$1/hr shift differential for hours worked between 10pm 6:30am (NIGHT shift)
Quarterly Performance-Based Reviews for yearly Merit Increase eligibility
5% Annual bonus (granted per company goals)

Knowledge with PLC, Hydraulics, Pneumatic and Conveyer Belt systems.
