Position Summary: This position will need to wear multiple hats as needed.
In the HR /Payroll Specialist position you will be responsible for the Human Resources department. Duties will include recruiting, on-boarding, administrative tasks, open enrollment and other duties as assigned. Must have a strong mathematical ability and be comfortable dealing with numbers and finance. Additionally, they will be the ADP Work Force Now expert and will be responsible for running and maintaining all payroll data creating reports and imports for management and benefit vendors. This individual must be reliable, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities and Duties:
On-boarding and Orientation:
o Ensures all new hires are entered appropriately into ADP
o Processes all personnel changes in ADP
o Checks in with supervisors regarding time exceptions/adjustments.
o Enter garnishments, medical deductions, and other employee deductions

Pay: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour
