Responsibilities:

• Show up at least 10 mins before discussion start time.
• Take part by completing written or oral instructions.
• Complete written survey provided for each panel.
• Use the services and/or products, if provided. Then get ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date.

Qualifications:

• Must own either a smart phone with working camera or webcam on desktop/laptop.
• Must have access to a fast and reliable internet connection
• Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Call Center Agent or Customer Service Representative previous experience is not required
