The Retail Sales Associate I is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a welcoming manner and responding timely and professionally to customer inquiries. Sales Associates must help maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor that meets company standards and be able to operate a point-of-sale cash register system to ensure quality of product and pricing is accurate at the time of purchase. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provides excellent Customer Service upholding company values. Provides assistance to customers with questions, concerns, and purchases. Provides accurate cashier transactions and maintains a balanced cash drawer using a computer-based point-of-sale system.
